Payment is due at the time of your appointment via your Visa or Mastercard.
Your physiotherapist will input your credit card information into our online booking and billing software, Jane App, on your first appointment. The information will be securely stored and the number obscured.
The credit card will only be used to process payment for tele-rehabilitation sessions.
A receipt will be emailed to you upon payment, which can be submitted to your insurance company.
